Join us every Saturday morning from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM for a Deep End Fitness drop-in session designed to challenge your body and sharpen your mind. This 2-hour class focuses on breathwork, underwater confidence, physical conditioning, and mental resilience—suitable for all fitness levels.
Led by certified instructors, you’ll train in a controlled aquatic environment using techniques inspired by tactical athletes, special operators, and elite performers. Whether you’re looking to improve water confidence, break through mental barriers, or simply get a unique full-body workout, this class delivers.
What to Bring: Swimwear, goggles, towel, and water bottle.
Who Can Attend: All fitness levels welcome.
