Born in a mountain town in eastern Tennessee, in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, Bethany grew up naturally attracted to water.
She’s a dedicated and results-driven trainer committed to helping athletes achieve their health and wellness goals. Known for her holistic approach to fitness, Bethany blends personalized training programs with nutritional guidance to ensure comprehensive and sustainable results.
Bethany’s journey into fitness began with a passion for a healthy lifestyle, both mind and body. After earning a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts Degrees in Elementry Education and Teaching, she continually sought to expand her knowledge through advanced certifications in training, sports, and corrective exercise.
Bethany’s training philosophy revolves around empowerment and education. By focusing on functional movements and building strength from the inside out, Bethany helps athletes of all fitness levels—from beginners to advanced athletes—develop not only physical strength but also confidence and resilience. Bethany is particularly skilled in designing programs that cater to individual needs, whether it’s recovering from an injury, training for a specific event, or simply enhancing overall health.
Outside of the gym, Bethany is an avid runner, swimmer, CrossFit athlete, and CrossFit Level 1 coach who enjoys exploring new fitness trends to incorporate into training sessions. Athletes appreciate Bethany’s approachable and motivating demeanor, as well as her ability to create engaging and challenging workouts that keep them coming back for more.
